Leave requests are met by taking into consideration employee health and workload balance.
Annual leaves are calculated based on your working year. Compassionate leaves and sick leaves are regulated within the legal framework.
It is recommended that production, design and cargo teams plan ahead for permit requests, taking operational requirements into account.
