WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

A pre-order is when products that have reached a certain stage in the production process and are being prepared are offered for sale before they are in stock. This allows you to purchase the product early and have your order shipped as soon as it's in stock.

Note: In accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, pre-ordered products must be delivered within 30 days . In the event of force majeure, this period may be extended by a maximum of 10 days .

Little Tip: For pre-order items, you can contact us before ordering to find out the production time.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order ships, you'll automatically receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your shipment status in real-time by logging in to the "My Account" section in the top right corner of our website or by logging in to our order tracking page .

Quick tip: Tracking information must be activated within a few hours after shipment to appear in the courier company's system.

WILL THERE BE COLOR TONE DIFFERENCES IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Yes, due to different screen and device settings, there may be slight tonal differences between product images and the actual product. Furthermore, due to digital printing techniques, very slight tonal differences may occur between different versions of the same design. This does not affect the product's quality or usability.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

You can change your address before your order is shipped. To do so, contact us as soon as possible via live support, destek@thelucidlab.com.tr , or our customer support line at 0850 840 0 950. If your shipment has already begun delivery, address changes can be made based on the shipping company's procedures.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! We have digital gift cards available. You can choose from various denominations (₺250 – ₺2,000) and email them to your loved ones. Gift cards are completely digital, not physical.

WILL THE PRODUCT COME BACK INTO STOCK WHEN IT IS SOLD OUT?

Some of our products are in continuous production and may be back in stock quickly. However, limited edition or seasonal designs may not be restocked if they are sold out. You can use the "Notify Me When Back in Stock" button on the product page to be notified when the product you're interested in is back in stock.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I PURCHASED?

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it, exercising your right of withdrawal. The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Note: Products produced according to order are not legally eligible for return.

CAN I HAVE IT GIFT WRAPPED?

Gift wrapping is available for all our products for a small fee. This option can be added via the relevant button on the shopping cart screen. Packaging may vary from the images depending on the size and structure of the product.

IS DESIGN APPROVAL GIVEN BEFORE PRINTING?

For personalized products, we don't provide a design preview while your order is being prepared. The image you submit is processed directly into the printing process based on your chosen product and size information.

DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM DESIGNS?

We do not provide design services, but we apply the images you send to our products in a way that is suitable for printing.

Quick Tip: You can use free tools like Canva to easily create your own design and prepare a high-resolution file ready for printing.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND IRON BATHROBE?

Washing: Wash at 30°C with similar colours. Do not bleach. You can tumble dry on low heat, but it is better to dry in the shade.

Ironing: You can iron cotton surfaces at low temperatures. Avoid ironing printed or textured surfaces. Do not use steam.

Little Tip: After washing your bathrobe, dry it without wringing it too much; this way, the cotton fibers will retain their shape and remain softer.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND IRON HOME TEXTILE PRODUCTS?

Washing: Wash at 30 ° C on a delicate cycle. Do not use bleach or softener. Do not put in the dryer; dry flat in the shade.

Ironing: Iron on low heat (synthetics setting), preferably on the reverse side. Avoid direct contact with printed or textured surfaces. Do not steam.

Little Tip: Hanging curtains and bedding immediately after ironing prevents wrinkles from returning.

Little Tip: If you rinse your towel with clean water and dry it when you return from the beach, salt and chlorine will extend the life of the print.

Washing: Wash at 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid bleach and softener (softener reduces absorbency). Do not tumble dry; hang to dry in the shade.

Ironing: You can iron at low temperature. Avoid contact with printed or textured surfaces. Do not use steam.

Little Tip: To keep the towels soft, shake them lightly after washing, remove excess moisture and then hang them.

HOW SHOULD I WASH AND IRON CLOTHING?

Washing: Wash your products at 30°C, inside out, and on a low spin cycle. Do not use bleach or softener. Do not put in the dryer; dry flat in the shade.

Ironing: Low heat (synthetic setting) is sufficient. Iron on the reverse side; avoid direct contact with the print surface. You can use a thin cloth or cheesecloth. Do not steam.

Little Tip: Wash the item alone for the first wash. Leaving it slightly damp before ironing will help to remove wrinkles easily.

IS THERE ANY PERSONALIZED PRINTING?

Our personalized printing option on wall covers, throw pillows, concrete candles, duvet covers, runner covers, posters, background curtains, canvas paintings, beach towels and fleece blankets and shawls is offered in different size options. You can order by choosing the size that suits your visual shape.

HOW CAN I HANG THE WALL COVERING?

Our wallcovering products come with sewn-in Velcro at the top two corners and can be easily hung on any wall without damaging them with the 3M tape with two integrated Velcro fasteners. Thanks to the Velcro system, you can remove, wash and hang the product whenever you want.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY CARPET?

Washing: Our rugs can be machine washed at 30°C, on a delicate program, and at a low speed. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals. Drying on low heat and a delicate setting is recommended; however, natural drying in the shade, on a flat surface, is best.

Ironing: Carpets should not be ironed. If wrinkles occur, you can iron them briefly on the reverse side at low heat, using a thin cloth. Do not use steam.

Little Tip: To ensure long-lasting use of your carpet, avoid frequent washing and store it rolled up when not in use.

HOW CAN I HANG A METAL WALL PRODUCT ON THE WALL?

We recommend that you hang our metal products on the wall with nails or screws to keep them stable. We recommend hanging it on headboards out of reach of children and pets.

WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE RECYCLED?

TEXTILE PRODUCTS:

Wall coverings, throw pillow covers, runner covers, background curtains, sports towels, kitchen towels, polar blankets and shawls are polyester-based and printed using environmentally friendly dyes in OEKO-TEX® approved facilities. They are completely recyclable.

All of our polyester beach towels are produced with yarn consisting of recycled plastics and are printed using special dyes in OEKO-TEX® approved facilities. They are completely recyclable.

METAL PRODUCTS:

Our metal products consist entirely of recycled materials and are painted with electrostatic powder paint. They are completely recyclable.

Washing: Wash at 30 ° C on a delicate programme or by hand. Do not use bleach or softener. Dry in the shade, instead of using a dryer.

Quick Tip: Give your blanket a gentle shake before hanging to remove dust and wrinkle less easily.

ARE THE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?

TEXTILE PRODUCTS:

Our wall coverings, throw pillow covers, canvas paintings, runner covers, background curtains, sports towels, kitchen towels, polar blankets and shawls are printed on fabrics at 220 degrees using special dyes in OEKO-TEX® approved facilities. It can be used outdoors for many years, preserving its color as long as it is not exposed to direct sun or rain.

METAL PRODUCTS:

Our metal products are produced in an oven at 200 degrees using special electrostatic powder paints. It can be used outdoors for many years without any rust problems as long as it is not exposed to direct rain.

CONCRETE PRODUCTS:

All our concrete products can be used outdoors for many years as long as the outdoor area is not directly exposed to water.

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL SIZING?

We currently do not have the customization option for our other products.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Unfortunately, this kind of thing happens occasionally, but don't worry, we can send you a replacement or give you a partial refund if you accept it.

WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?

Orders placed before 14.00 on weekdays are usually shipped within 2 business days, but we do our best to deliver the same day. The cargo company delivers it to you within an estimated 2 working days. Delivery of orders with payment at the door may vary depending on the density.

WHICH CARGO COMPANIES DO YOU WORK WITH?

We do all of our shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo.

WHY ARE THERE ADDITIONAL FEES FOR PAYMENT ON DELIVERY ORDERS?

For orders received with payment at the door, the courier company charges an additional service fee as it acts as an intermediary in the collection. Although this amount is not the same in every cargo company, it may vary according to the invoice amount in some cargo companies. In addition, if the payment is not received on the orders paid at the door, they are not received and are returned to the seller companies, and there is an additional cost with the round-trip shipping fee.
